Introducing the Artique Biltmore Collection.
Inspired by the architecture and grandeur of
George Vanderbilt's Biltmore Estate, Larson Juhl
introduces a fine collection of frames and
matboards. The Artique Biltmore Collection is
Larson Juhl's first ever Forest Stewardship Council
(FSC) certified matboard collection. Additionally,
the frame collection is Larson-Juhl's and the
United States framing industry's first Programme
for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC)
frame collection. The PEFC traces the chain of
custody from lumber product, to forest, to final
product. Through the FSC and PEFC, consumers
can be confident that they are purchasing a
product that is from a well-managed and
sustainable forest.
Eco-friendly mouldings.
EcoCare mouldings are manufactured using
timber harvested from managed and sustainable
forests. The moulding finishes are produced
using eco-friendly water based-stains.
